I'm using the heavy 16 nute line and the fire additive has a small middle number compared to the other bud additives I used before like beastie blooms. Should I use beastie bloom with this with heavy 16? Here's the heavy 16 web site http://www.heavy16.com/products.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; only thing I'm not using right now is the heavy roots and heavy flush due to funds. I'm not familiar with that brand,
but I think I would alternate them back and forth each week...
although not until the buds are getting established,
like after they've been flowering for at least 2-3 weeks.

The NPK ratio is pretty meaningless without knowing what it's derived from.

IMHO no. unless it makes You feel good. canna has a wide nute tolerance so mixing and changing nutes won't hurt the plant.

Do you have a problem Spoodge? if not, why change?

Lately it's Pro-mix soil, with added wormcastings, bone meal, & pulverized limestone. I feed'em with Alaska fish fert 5-1-1 $9.99 a bottle, lasts a year easy. Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10, also only $9.99
I always add wormcastings to the tea. And that's it! Oh, and molasses in flower.

You have to know the amount of your fertilizer salts in each additive. You should be able to add them up. Depending on your grow cycle you will want to control the Major 3. Look on the lables. For a simple example if your in grow cycle... You want high nitrogen. ... Don't make it complicated. Fancy formulas only cost you money. Like Roots said NPK .. Early growth high Nitrogen ... budding high P.... K can be keep relativly low. its a stabilizer.

You don't need expensive overpriced fertizers to grow good bud.

Saying that, NOW I have lost say $3,000 + due to buying some cheap *.* EXPLETIVE DELETED so called soil. SEWAGE ... and not only bad sewage but SEWAGE with these humungous EXPLETIVE DELETED ungoldly ugly worms ate the roots. Not one seed grew. I had bought the same product year before and was great. Oh Well. live and learn or not?
