What you'll need :
- 150 grams of finely crushed almonds
- 150 grams of finely crushed pistachios
- 150 grams of finely crushed walnuts
- 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tea spoon of clove powder
- 1 box of phyllo pastry
- 2 cups of your best melted canna butter luckwarm
- 2 table spoon of rosewater

Now for the sirup:
- 4 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 2 table spoon of lemon juice

1 - Preheat oven at 350 F
2 - Mix the nuts , bread crumbs , sugar , cinnamon and clove in a bowl , save for later
3 - in a 13 x 9 x 2 inches oven dish place one phyllo sheet and brush it with the canna butter , do that 5 more times .
4 - add one third of the nut mix evenly on the 6 sheets of phyllo pastry .
5 - add 2 more phyllo sheets again with canna butter on top of each and then the second third of the nut mix .
6 - add 2 more phyllo sheets again with canna butter on top of each and then the third third of the nut mix .
7 - top with 6 phyllo sheets fully buttered between each other .
8 - butter the top and cut in small triangles with a sharp knife .
9 - sprinkle 2 table spoon of water on top of the baklava .
10 - cook in oven 1 hour .
11 - take out of the oven and let it rest 2 hours until it's room temperature .

Sirup :
1 - add the sirup ingredients in a saucepan , bring it to a boil , reduce fire and let it simmer 10 minutes .
2 - add the boilling sirup on the lukewarm baklava and let it soak 1hour before re-cutting .

Sprinkle the rosewater on top when the baklava are back to room temperature .

Hmmm , Hmmm good ! Of course you can replace the canna butter with normal butter for a more traditional taste , but it's less funny ...

P.S: Phyllo sheets dry super fast so keep them between 2 humid cloths while your working up the baklava .

DAMN! that gets me starving n I can smell my Gma making it right now at holiday time n it brings back memories of way better days this morning.......thanks great recipe n pics.......

Dang that does sound awesome makes me sad I make all my edibles the stoned bachelor way with cheap walmart instant add an egg mixes or cereals n marshmallows lol........I wish I had a Mrs with the ol'school skills to even follow that recipe but hell I'd think I had reached Zion if she was nice enough to cook it for me. I'm a fairly decent cook when my attitude allows and my kitchen aint bachelor trashed but I would need a practice run with reg butter first to be confident cuz 2 cups a cannabutter will fuck me all up with edibles for a couple months easy I only eat a serving or two a day at the most but its fun cuz I got 6 or 7 different types a cookies or crispie treats all the time. Even here in Colorado edibles medical benefit n awesomeness have not caught on like they should because greedy ass mother fuckers wont even use sugar trim for butter. Most are edibles are rip offs made from the water leaves of immature plants they can not extract the glands from and at best give ya a Nebraska ditch weed sick high......I lmao cuz i share cookies all the time and they fuck you up........

Ya , that's sad , not only the butter is less potent , it will also have a strong chlorophyll taste that is very hard to cover ...

just clean it, to loose the green taste ..

after your butter is ready, redisolve it again in clean boiling water and filter it through a coffee filter (this time) , cool / re-freeze again and separate

no green taste anymore
