4 - add one third of the nut mix evenly on the 6 sheets of phyllo pastry .
5 - add 2 more phyllo sheets again with canna butter on top of each and then the second third of the nut mix .
6 - add 2 more phyllo sheets again with canna butter on top of each and then the third third of the nut mix .
7 - top with 6 phyllo sheets fully buttered between each other .
8 - butter the top and cut in small triangles with a sharp knife .
9 - sprinkle 2 table spoon of water on top of the baklava .
10 - cook in oven 1 hour .
11 - take out of the oven and let it rest 2 hours until it's room temperature .
Sirup :
1 - add the sirup ingredients in a saucepan , bring it to a boil , reduce fire and let it simmer 10 minutes .
2 - add the boilling sirup on the lukewarm baklava and let it soak 1hour before re-cutting .
Sprinkle the rosewater on top when the baklava are back to room temperature .
Hmmm , Hmmm good ! Of course you can replace the canna butter with normal butter for a more traditional taste , but it's less funny ...
P.S: Phyllo sheets dry super fast so keep them between 2 humid cloths while your working up the baklava .
