went Ramadhan shopping last night
fucking prices of meat shot up coz of the war £6 a kilo for boneless chicken ( breast) got some dates and fruit rice/veggies and 4 kilos of chicken won't have to go shopping again for a few weeks....
just opened my first fast, was hungry all day gonna take a few days for my body to get used to no food or water for 14 hours a day....
was gonna work out but stuffed myself with food so not gonna bother besides its fucking freezing and cloudy...

feeling great, good mental clarity, colleagues at work non-Muslims are fasting too, 4 of my colleagues are saying it has changed their lives and we are just halfway through it.........
still, work out though, break my fast 7.45 PM and i work out at around 8.40 to 9.40 PM

5 years ago, I was living with a guy from Senegal, who was a practicing Muslim.
