Yep. I just pick the leaves as needed for salads.

how big are the containers? I tried doing lettuce in the grow room one year in pots and they did terrible... I never tried out on the deck though.... lettuce likes lots of water and containers dry out fast... I've done cherry and grape tomatoes in containers and they did great..
It's all about the red sole.....

Not big ones, maybe a foot deep and a foot wide. Nothing dries out fast here this time of year. Nothing.

Got back from week off and the tomato seedlings were overdue to go in. they’re in back in the pic, In the front are the peppers and various other stuff around. Whata sweet mess!
