Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Sample and review a variety of cannabis products to provide honest and insightful feedback.
Create captivating and authentic content, including videos, photos, and written reviews, to showcase our products and enhance brand awareness. Become our voice to our engaged community of cannabis enthusiasts.
Design visually stunning assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Manage and cultivate our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, utilizing creative strategies to drive engagement and grow our followers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives that align with brand objectives and drive business results.
Roll, test, and perfect the art of blunt rolling, ensuring that our pre-rolls meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Requirements:

5+ years experience consuming cannabis products
Must be based in the Bay Area (NOT a remote position)
Passion for cannabis culture and a deep understanding of industry trends and products.
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and graphic design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar design and editing software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience with blunt rolling and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality blunts and prerolls.
Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis consumption and testing.

Delivery Driver
Do you want to be a part of the ever-changing cannabis industry? Deliver 420 is hiring ALL drivers 21+ years of age. This is a full-time / part-time position for the Cannabis industry. Experience in the industry is not required. Drivers can earn up to $1000.00 per week / $200.00 per shift. Compensation includes Tips, Bonus, and mileage reimbursement. Our ideal candidate: - Be able to follow detailed instruction from the dispatch office and On-Fleet system - Following company policies and having great communication skills with both office personnel and customers. - Company provides vehicle for employee to drive (if applicable/ available) Very similar to LYFT and Uber Eats. Drivers must have an excellent driving record, current insurance/registration, reliable transportation, smartphone and valid driver license.
