Trump's Tests
The discussion was aboot eating various types of animals...you are the one trying to insert the cruelty.
Are all dogs raised for food raised in inhumane conditions?
Are all cows, pigs, chickens, etc. raised humanely?
Or do you just look to start an argument?
DOGE...
Kind of long, but an interesting unbiased take on Musk's plan, his reasoning, and possible outcomes.
It gives a pretty good conceptual basis by which to judge the eventual impact, good or bad.

But to answer your questions:
1. Yes. All the cultures that I know that eat dogs treat them (and other animals) cruelly. They don't appear to have any in-grained animal rights.
2. No. Which is why I go out of my way to eat free-range, ethically raised animals and animal by-products (eggs, dairy etc).
3. Well, there is also that

Trump's Tests
I've seen in the past stories about corporate farms who raise animals for meat.
Chickens and pigs in particular live a life in which no living thing should be subjected. Rows of corn live a better life than these creatures.
I'll be right back, I don't my bacon to scorch.
So disgusting that youtube won't show it here.
I guess by my consumption of such products, I must share the blame for the cruelty.
I'm sure if these farms did not exist, I would probably hunt for my meat.
But in the end, a life is taken to sustain another, that's not un-natural regardless of it's cruelty. Many creatures are carnivores.
Some animals eat their prey while the consumed animal is still alive.
None of this makes the cruelty of corporate farming justified, just another example of why in my opinion Bigger is rarely better.

more appointments...
Howard Lutnick....Secretary of Commerce
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard_Lutnick
Not sure how good of an idea it is to hand these keys to Wallstreet.
Linda McMahon...Secretary of Education
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linda_Edwards_McMahon
Seems okay......definitely better than Betsy DeVos was.
Mehmet "Dr" Oz...Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mehmet_Oz
I've always kind of thought this guy is a nut job...but I'll try to keep an open mind aboot his appointment.
NYT is already catching flak aboot smearing RFK Jr concerning his goal to remove poisons from US foods...
Their deceptive behavior as a "news" agency is one of the things that needs to be extinguished in this country.

Strange that he is selecting a Secretary of Education, when Trump has mentioned dismantling the Department of which that person would administer. She must be thrilled. Didn't know much about her. Her husband is Vince Macmahon of WWE wrestling.?!.
I must admit, I've at times wondered if Trump was just playing a role in some elaborate government theater to help bring down the US in preparation for the New Global government. When he went down behind the podium at the first assassination attempt, I had a quick flashback of Mickey Rourke in the movie "The Wrestler" when he slipped the razor blade out of his hand wrap and sliced his forehead for the blood effect.
I've never brought this up until now, as even being the "conspiracy theorist" to Prawns delight in using the phrase, it just seemed a bit far fetched.
But wtf, yall already think I deranged.

Press freedom bill is not needed while the 1st amendment stands. I would guess it is misnomer, and does contrary to what the name suggests.
