Trump's Tests

The last one was Biden's Blunders, because I knew Biden was the wrong choice and wanted it pointed out as to why that was the case.
This time it's Trump's Tests, because while he is a bad choice he is still a better choice than Harris, and I want to look at specific things that I am hoping that he will improve upon.

Trump has the popular vote, the Senate, the House, the SCOTUS, and the governorships....so he should be able to get some shit taken care of.

First, I want to see how he utilizes some of the folks that helped get him elected:
• Elon Musk...will he be utilized to reign in government spending as Trump said?
• RFK Jr...will he be utilized to improve the health of citizens?...and what will that include?
• Tulsi Gabbard...will she be utilized for foreign policy and military advice?
• Vivek Ramaswamy...will he be utilized for economic advice?
• JD Vance...will he be an active VP?...or just a placeholder?
...and what other power players are we going to see on the team?

Next, I want to see Trump fix a bunch of Biden's blunders:
• Close up the border, and start booting the illegals that Biden piped in.
• Put a halt to the government's censorship of free speech.
• Put a halt to the government's attempts to deteriorate 2nd amendment rights.
• Put a stop to the government's violation of citizen's 4th amendment rights.
• Put a stop to the government's use of lawfare, by going after the legal personnel that engaged in it.
i.e. like Letitia James, who comes out and says her role in the legal system is political...

• Stop funding the Ukraine war...the war can go on, but US funding it has to stop.
• Get out of Syria.
• Stop funding Israel, period.
...because Israel just keeps expanding the scope of it's genocide...

• Reinstate the Title IX protections for women.
• Keep his promise to eliminate taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
• Add more tariffs to help equal out trade imbalances.
...Etc.

This is just the expectations that immediately come to mind...there will be more as time goes on.
Do I think Trump will do all these things?...No. But I'm hoping he'll do a better job than Biden did.
Do I think he will try to be a good president?...Yes, because I see a future president on stage, and it's not Vance...



We'll see how it will all turn out...

Very good list Butcher Bob, but you missed a key test. Rescheduling/descheduling of cannabis.

I think this is his test of how much he dislikes the pharmaceutical industry versus being a proponent of business. It will be very interesting to see where he lands on this. I believe the court hearing on the classification of cannabis was moved to early December, which is before he gets any say, so it may be a moot point...

Eh, for the cannabis issue, I've had no expectations for Biden and Harris because they've been against it their entire careers. And I have no expectations from Trump either as he is a teetotaler, no drugs, no alcohol, and no tobacco...he does not give a fuk aboot that stuff. But, maybe RFK Jr?...I am unfamiliar with his stance.



Looks like Tulsi's on the transition team, but it is currently unknown if her involvement will go beyond that...
