agreed. wait staff relied on tips to make it thru the week.
now there taxed at a rate. even if they got no tip.
should be no tax on tips, nor required tips....

One of my kids made way more as a waitress than she does now using her college degree, The only plus side now is she has a 401k and medical benefits.
Minimum wage and tip laws work different in each state, in California jobs that earn tips can be pretty nice jobs.
