Government workers get 'qualified immunity'...cops especially so...
...judges get an even better 'judicial immunity'...
...I could certainly see SCOTUS ruling in favor of some level of 'presidential immunity'.
The same rationale for having 'qualified immunity' would apply even more so to the president...wouldn't it?
