After you send the pm, you will remain in the PM area. If I can acheive a redirect back to the topic, I will incorporate that as well. PM compose was not written into the extension, so I will have to figger that out at some point.
If this is not a desirable change, I will roll back to no PM until a point where the redirect is proper.

cool, thanks! is there a way to differentiate karma comments from normal PM's,
perhaps by an automated karmic message title, so we can tell if no reply is needed?

Yes there is but it's a bit complicated.
I need to create a template file for the ext that appends the function to the compose variables.
It may get done, if I get the ambition gathered.
For now, the quote is the only clue, but Since it is editable , you can just add K+ to the subject line.

I'm attempting to replace or add onto the quoted text action. This will either edit the subject line and not quote the post, or both.

this is the simple workaround

Also. Did you know that you can now cut and paste an image into a post?
Wow. What a time saver.
It only works in Full Editor, as it's still not fast enough to qualify for admittance to the Quick Reply.

I wanted to give you karma for this, but I don't see the K button???

Also, if you don't leave a message with your K+ I assume it doesn't show up a a PM?

The Announcement forum has no Karma since it is for site related news. I don't why but it just seemed right.
