Civil War in Russia
Whoopsi! So who is going to supply Wagner with weaponry? They've depended on Russia for ammunition thus far.
I half wonder if maybe the west made a deal with him. He certainly struck me as a very ambitious man, who sees this war as an opportunity to expand his position.
Just my chronic cynicism perhaps, but certainly a question to be asked.

If other Russian units defect, they will get their ammo. Remember, they took the central command in Rostov without a shot fired. Guaranteed they stocked up there. Prigozhin is not dumb – he would have planned for this.

the intolerance of the old order is emerging from the rosy mist in which it has hitherto been obscured.

Yes, it's hilarious that Russia has descended into civil war, isn't it?
Hilarious for Ukraine.
Maybe one day you will be right about something, dill. Until then . . .

Like dill, you haven't be correct about much – if anything – to do with this war. Just have a look at some of the videos in the link I provided.
You guys truly are in denial.

Civil War in Russia
His ire seems to be focused on the top brass of the defense ministry, and not directly at Putin. "deceive society and the president" would indicate that Putin was relying heavily on their claims for his decision to invade. This seems a bit off to me.“The defence ministry is trying to deceive society and the president and tell us a story about how there was crazy aggression from Ukraine and that they were planning to attack us with the whole of NATO,” Prigozhin said in a video clip released on Telegram by his press service on Friday.
“The special operation was started for different reasons,” he said.
“The war was needed … so that Shoigu could become a marshal, … so that he could get a second ‘Hero’ [of Russia] medal. The war wasn’t needed to demilitarise or denazify Ukraine.”
