I believe Russia would be foolish to make a deal after the failure of Minsk 1&2 and the reneging of Ukraine's agreeing to the peace deal in Turkey after the West (Boris) told them not to sign. Merkle and Macron have both admitted Minsk was a delaying tactic....fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.....you know the rest.
