What did he mean?
It's not unusual to get a compliment on a nice tie......at a cocktail party or office luncheon.. but a congressional hearing?
It was just a normal tie, so one can only assume he meant to remark on the fact that they both were wearing purple ties.

My jaw dropped. WTF???
Normally, this remark would go completely unobserved by almost ..well everybody.
However, I've been listening for over 5 years to hear this exact phrase. It's but a quasi confirmation, but gives added credit to something I suspected since 2016.
I've almost posted about it before now, but really had nothing other than photos, rumors, and a couple articles.

It started when I turned on Hillary Clintons, concession in 2016. I was surprised and curious of her black and purple outfit, complimented by Bill's royal purple tie.

My conspiracy theorist senses started to tingle.

Suspicions were there, but I really didn't have enough to consider it seriously.

Nothing really notable about it for the next few years... then, the Biden Inauguration happened.

But Kamala is wearing blue... is she? in contrast to Hillbeans yeah, but on it's own, you can see the violet undertones

So, what began as a hunch was turning out to be a feasible possibility, I needed to witness a reveal of some kind to validate my suspicions.

Enter Goldman and his comment on Shellen's purple tie.

I'm still not 100% on this theory, but i'm about 60%. But I will keep monitoring the newsfeeds.

you know i watched a good half hour past the time mark you indicated to see if i was missing something,
didnt think to fixate on that opening

i decided not to dig any deeper into the meaning of the color purple now

just got off the no fly list and its kinda nice
