My life problem has been. When it gets cold in the fall. MY blood thickens. So my blues slow down and my fingers. Kinda ... um thicken in the blood flow so they ain't so fast. At first in the fall I can play but come frozen January February and March... I start gettting back warming up. Spring the frogs get up but the Toads sleep in later.

Good thing I have a wooden fireplace. Problem is when it gets cold like this. Maintaining the heat becomes a problem. Long story. You don't want to have to endure it.l

um ok... From experience I just want to warn you guys and girls ... don't buy or build your fireplace in your house with wood.

Mai Lawwer said I cud git sewed if anyone actually built their home fireplace out of wood.

If I had to pick a top....pretty easily that goes to Led Zeppelin.
My core genre?...safe to say rock/hard rock/metal.
I like jazz, preferably heavy on brass.
And as I favor strings over a keyboard, blues fits right in too.
Have a love/hate relationship with a lot of genres...
...like I love old outlaw country, but hate the newer pop country.

I like a wide variety of stuff, but I usually have to stumble across most of it.
For instance, Amy Winehouse...she is "popular" and I don't do pop...
...so I'd never heard her, until you posted her the other day.
I thought...hmm, that's pretty good.

Then going through the Billboard lists I ran across her...
...2007...#74...Rehab...

Because of my pre-conceived notions of what I thought her music was like, I've been missing out.

But I'll certainly be looking at more of her stuff now.

That's why I like this thread....because I get exposed to new stuff.
