Pat had a rave out at his place this past weekend.
I opt'd out, because it's a much younger crowd...
...but in hindsight, I probably would have known a lot of the music the DJs were flipping.

Well, traditionally the weather on Halloween is frequently pretty shitty here.

Now yesterday, while it was pretty chilly, the sun had been out much of the day...so it was a decent fall day.

But we knew a front was coming through, and everyone was praying that it wouldn't rain on the trick or treaters.
In our community, like most, we have a set time for the little rugrats to do their door-to-door extorsion.
And like it was on cue, the second they were let loose...the skies opened up...

Big, fat, fluffy flakes....white-out conditions...and the wind picked up too.

Before the sun came out this morning, my yard was solid white...pretty much gone now.

We are living in uncertain times, i listen to this to ground myself. It's a 16th century Islamic kalam written by bulle shah, it has english subtitles... lyrics are just mental, i listen to this at least once a week for the past 5 years.
