Finally got the balls to eat wild mushrooms.

Found these in the kitchen cabinet.

Riptide & Albino Penis Envy

Think I have liberty caps and flying saucers growing on my property. Not sure if I’m ready to eat those yet.

i took a class on it but was only comfortable eating oyster mushrooms and puffballs.

its a tricky endeavor


did you use a microscope to determine spore size and shape?

No need to with these two types in my location…..moving forward spore prints will be needed.

i meant the ones youve got outside.
if they turn blue when you damage them its a sign of the right alkaloids...

Those are Pearl Oysters and a Lion Mane…..no psilocybin in those…Ive probably ate 100 grams of oysters just today.

I havent really studied those yet, all I know is theres a few kinds with nipples on top....I wouldnt eat them simply because they bruise blue.
