As I scroll through the incident report, I'm noticing all the "public servant's" names attached to it...seeing all the associated costs to DO this illegal action (wages, benefits, building costs, records costs, associated follow-up costs, etc., etc., etc.), before any legal action is filed against them. And at the end, I find myself asking the same question the article did: ...why was all this necessary?

GRAPHIC STORY WARNING
this gets ugly...once you hear this horrific story, it cannot be unheard....
although it's about an Attorney General, the police charges were clearly biased
in his favor due to his high position in law enforcement..
it should have at least been manslaughter or maybe hit & run - homicide, not simply a lane infraction
