Okay I'm old memory is not what it used to be I forget how to upload vids. Apparently I did it before the board change in '21.

Example from 2018. There was a way.

But I can't upload attachments larger than 8 Megs now. Had before.. Somehow.
A limit now?

Also There is a thread explaining how to do post once uploaded, i forget, so if anybody can remember that thread on how to or jes how to, please.

finding the thread was easy using the search bar:

it ain't working though, unless you upload to a site like youtube, google drive or whatever, and link to that

I have an account with Rumble but their limit is as low as here.

YouTube requires a Google account. I have 2 but won't use 'em.

I searched for other sites.. VIMEO?
But if I use the site such as VIMEO, there is a known way to link to it?

But it seems to me it jes the 8 meg limit, for me. Since my old vids are still hosted here and play. would be nice to up it to 50 megs again..Jes pondering, not complaing.

I just thought of something perhaps I can do this from Twitter... not ideal but I'll check

we can do both.
On Twitter, just post the video on twitter and then use the tweet bbcode. Hover your mouse over the tweet button for syntax.

mp4, webm, and wmv files are now 70mb limit. this should allow about 3 minutes or more of video.
However to place inline you will need a second step.
1. upload video as any attachment.
2. right click on file name after upload completes and choose "copy link address" it will end in something like php?id=888897.

3. paste that link between the MEDIA bbcode tags.
