There could also be a bit of light stress going on and I would suggest turning them down a little while you bump the nutes until they recover.
Those Mars lights have a lot of blue in them and no far red so they can be quite strong. Too much blue light will stress plants without far red at the other end.

thank you for the input. i will boost the ferts a bit.
as for the cal i have worm bins. every time they are fed
you put lime on top of food. 1st so food does not sour.
2nd is kind of cool worms have gizzards. they use lime
as grit. so the castings got a lot of broken down cal.
i will add some epsoms to the fert mix for some mag.
still think is a to close and a spectrum thing.
but hey live and learn

It’s probably not broken down as much as you think if it’s big enough to be used as grit.
Cal-Mag Plus is a great product……..I can grow pretty good pot using organic inputs but I grow much better pot using store bought liquid nutrients.

Light stress mostly affects the tops of the plants and causes what I call "bronzing" because the leaves and tips turn more of a bronzy-yellow colour which is different to a nutrient deficiency or lock-out.Lrus007 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2023 10:57 pmthank you for the input. i will boost the ferts a bit.

Remember that as you increase magnesium and nitrogen, the plant produces more chlorophyl which allows it to absorb more light, so magnesium deficient plants are more susceptible to light stress at even moderate light levels.

plug i use organic soil but salts for fert's.
ok looking last night. less than week old transplants are
fading. only had problems with led's everything is great
under cfl tubes or hid. so it has to be the led light. i need
to move up more or turn down i guess at 75% atm. i did bump
the ferts and added some mag. ok since i have crossed out a lot
i think is a bad spectrum with the leds. or to close or turned up
to high. they look a little better since i raised light up a bunch.
tomorrow 1 gets moved to under a 1k all by it's self. then add 1
plant every 2 weeks if my timing is good. thanks for the input guys.

Urea nitrogen is great for making a garden turn dark green….but I wouldn’t use it if you’re close to flower.
A product that is primarily urea is called Verde.

ok i have raised the leds and is at 60% now. looks like
there not fading as bad now, but still fade. the a11 seems to hate the led the most. even when
i budded it under them. very pale. then moved a plant and 2 clones under 1k last night.
they look much greener in just a day. so i got to get light % and hight from plants figured out.
if not will go back to tubes for the teens.

This is going to sound a bit silly, but do they look the same under sunlight? Because you know plants are going to look greener under a MH spectrum.
Give them a foliar spray of Cal-Mag if you can – they will green right up.

up pretty high and power turned down during grow. so after we talked
i went and turned led to 50% and raised them another foot or so. well
they are already looking not as faded and growing tips look better.
i did add some mag and bumped N for good measure.
so is looking better. think i was cooking them.
