a way to take rope jumping down a notch is to do it on one of those mini trampolines people job in place on
it takes some serious cordination but its much lower impact once you get the hang of it

helpful for a great many reasons...
the intolerance of the old order is emerging from the rosy mist in which it has hitherto been obscured.

That's a sticking point for me. In addition to the smoker's lungs, 30 extra pounds, and decade of sedentary life style...I have ALS, basically arthritis of the spine. At this point, almost the whole spine and rib cage are fused into one bone. My chest doesn't expand when I breath...my belly does. :p Walking is actually the recommended exercise...I've just never really liked aerobic exercise. :facepalm:

You do what you're comfortable with. Even moderate exercise is beneficial if done consistently.

The last month I've been on the OMAD diet ( one meal a day) and I lost 6 pounds without even trying and I never felt hungry during the day at all....

frigging awesome, I recommend it if anyone wants to lose tiny bit of weight.....

congrats
i have only ate 1 meal a day for like over 20 years now.
in the last 3 years i went from 260 lbs to 215 now. 15 to go.
i just made my meal a little smaller. i am doing it slowly
so i can keep it off.

July 2...
Aboot two months ago, I weighed myself...203 lbs, or 92 kg.
Weighed 192 lbs/87 kg this morning.


Now...
Weighed 187 lbs/85 kg Monday morning.
Have shed 16 lbs/7 kg by just switching from high fructose beverages to water. :)

Is great to hear of everyone's progress...keep it up. :tup:

it's been 2 years this month since i last smoked cigs and weed, so it's a really big deal for me, I started smoking cigs at 15 and weed at 16

I've lost 9 pounds of weight without trying ( OMAD)

since last week I've been taking taurine powder mixed in water, too early to give it a review but the benefits are..
