I have no idea about the science behind it…..there was just a strong correlation between the machine use and new and improved boners so I googled it and it is definitely a thing that happens, I’m not bitching about it.

maybe its because of vasorelaxation,the widening of blood vessels due to the relaxation of the blood vessel's muscular walls. maybe thats the reason why you re getting better boners

Fortunately or unfornately because I missed out on training. I ended up on driver. I thought, Great so I get to drive us around. no.. Nuff dat. point of point is I was taxi service. 24 hours a day not allowed to sleep. Sorrry lost train of thought. While driving one day I ran out of Marlboro's!!!!

So I stop and go into a base store. Know this ... Privates are not allowed to "roam! around by themselves. I just needed my pack of smokes. So when i WALK in there's a Drill Sergent talking to cashier. He looks at me. Hey I'm a duty driver. My some "offficcirer" sent me to buy him whatever. Im under orders. So anyway, I bought a pack of cigerettes. I could have gotten greedy and bought ... CARTONS! .. lol

did a workout today after opening my fast, it was good felt strong, going to carry on doing it through the fasting month

Well I'm doing okay considering just keep getting older, didn't know how good I had it last year.

A workout and you can't drink water yet? Ouch!
