When the LAPD bomb squad thinks it's a good idea to dispose of the last 10 pounds of explosives on site, in the middle of a residential neighborhood, after already hauling over 5,000 pounds away...instead of taking it to a safe detonation zone...

They made sure to evacuate folks AFTER the blast.
