so that DIY bug spray I used turned out to be a big mistake
mostly just for the banana-mangos
because they were already a few weeks into flowering
followed by accidentally leaving the water on all day
and not seeing much of the sun all week
due to the smoke overcast more often than not
i took off a big bunch of lowers to direct their energy up
to where it would have the best chance to recover
finally starting to see some fresh white hairs a week later
but it feels like they lost more than a week
they still have plenty of time though
before all this, i had been thinking I might get 3lb,
but now maybe back down to just 2lb if i'm lucky

Well that sucks but at least you will still have a good bounty. Two lbs. is nothing to sneeze at.

Looks like your plants never hit aggressive veg this year, it’s hard to tell how the flowers will form when this happens....sometimes the node spacing is just too tight.

hmm... they are 6 to 7' tall..
i didn't want them to go past 8' so i added some late training

Notice how your big leafs coming out of the buds only have three leafs, that plant wasn’t in aggressive veg when it started flowering......when a plant is in aggressive veg it will have pretty much a minimum of seven leafs/fingers and as it starts flowering will drop to 5 then 3 then 1 leaf.

Mine only aggressively vegged for a week or two this year.

i had removed most of the big fan leaves as well. but this was the same strain i had started too early at the beginning of this thread, was very sensitive to start flowering during long days in mid-May so had been replaced outside around June 1st, according to the nursery's recommendation, and did go out with only like a week of indoor veg time, and then it vegged out there for a good 6 weeks before started flowering weeks before all other kinds.
