Time
121 days. ~17 weeks. Including the week I took off to let my knee to heal.
Distance,
The Oregon Coast Trail is officially 420 miles without any Ferry rides.

But I took two Ferry rides so about 400 miles.
Add the Siskiyou Range to the coast about 240 miles.
~640 miles.
Resupplies,
I'm going to say 10 resupplies.
but on the coast I was resupplying food every 2 to 4 days because I could. But I count resupplies on the coast when I also used the laundromat, post office and resupplying dry goods as toothpaste, lighters, TP. maps.. About every 10 days.
Showers,
13. Hot showers are important.
