Here’s the deal thou… it’s tragic when people do od but the whole “.2 mg (about 4 grains of sand) is enough to kill you” is straight up bullshit fear mongering.

100 micrograms is the same unit of measure as .1mg.

They will administer 2 doses in the ambulance which is …exactly .2 mg.

So just how many people are killed in the boo boo bus on the way to the hospital? Very few, if any.

Keep in mind that its fat soluble and has only a 3-7 hr half life depending on the patient variables, most of the time the unadulterated shit is ineffectual in under 30 minutes of course all bets are off if you’re skinny as a rail.

Recently had a cop in our area claiming some disability from fentanyl contact… his arbitration goes to trial and medical expert was like unless you ingest it merely coming in contact with it, ain’t the cause.
