Biden's blunders...

Post by smokebreaks »

Oh and let’s talk about cocaine for a couple minutes.

C17H21NO4

How I loved that shit as a kid, haven’t touched it since I was 25? Anyhow… kinda funny story coming up here… might wanna grab hold of a brain dart for this one.

Coca-Cola, still imports coca leaves and uses coca extract in the flavoring of its soda. Yes they have an entity that they work Stepan Co? They are in Maywood, NJ….through that it allows them the only federal UN License to import coca leaves. It’s the craziest shit you never heard of but it’s true and the New York Times did a story about it oh say like 30 years ago? …. It was 1988, anywho… lets them buy all the legal coca leave production from Bolivia and Peru, import it and the cocaine is stripped out:

It’s decocainized and the byproducts are shipped off to a pharmaceutical company that manufactures the sedatives for ear nose and throat doctors. Eye surgeons use it to freeze your eyeballs just like you are doing a rubbing a numb’r on your gums after tooting a rail or two.

Oddly, seems there’s been rumors among some people in Hawaii that even though they import these leave from South America, they own some farms in Hawaii?

Craziest shit is the company has ties now to some pharma firm out of Kansas or Missouri I forget which, but they sell nuclear medicine like barium for imaging and their byproducts are used for our munitions. Wink wink.

It’s all a fucking mess my friends but at the end of the day it’s the money that makes the world go around.

They’re all chemical companies, paying congress to poison you for profits.

President Biden came out slamming drugs and addiction with no mention of cannabis legalization
I didn't say that...Thom Baccus at cannabis.net did.

And what is marijuana currently classified as?...Schedule 1.

Oh, and the...
..."financial banking protections" that were all that Obama did, in his eight years.
...weren't a fukking thing either...

You should pipe down! I meant to quote your question about coke. :laugh:

I think alot of the problem with maga types is they view the president as a strong authoritive father figure ruler which can do and say whatever they want.

Trumpy is the perfect example of this.
I don't look at the president as my leader, let alone some kind of savior. That's all maga bs.
For the first time ever, a sitting United States President has acknowledged the failure of cannabis criminalization and pledged to take bold action to address it. It is particularly notable that this came from Joe Biden, a politician who has traditionally been among the biggest drug warriors in the Democratic Party and largely seen as among the least supportive of marijuana reform among modern Democrats.
~~~••
Longtime cannabis reform advocates from organizations like the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, the Marijuana Policy Project, and the Drug Policy Alliance, along with cannabis industry trade groups like the National Cannabis Industry Association have praised President Biden for this historic announcement. And rightly so, given their decades of activism and advocacy that helped create the current political climate that led longtime drug warrior Joe Biden to make the political calculation that a major marijuana reform announcement would be good politics less than one month from a major midterm election.
Looks like I'm in good company on this one! What's best is I don't really gaf about Biden lol
You got called out on your bullshit, and this is your response?
:roflmao:
I didn't use caps, not even an exclamation mark...so your retort is basically to tell me to stfu?...and then start spouting your maga bullshit?
You have a mental illness...you should address that. :winky:
Yet I'll entertain the premise of your Forbes article...
"Oct 7, 2022,10:12am EDT
Yesterday afternoon President Biden made a historic announcement about marijuana policy, laying out three actions he plans to take to help address the historic wrongs of marijuana prohibition. First, the President pledged to issue pardons to anyone with a federal conviction for marijuana possession. Second, he called on governors to issue pardons for state level possession convictions. And finally, President Biden called on the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Attorney General to begin a process of reviewing marijuana’s schedule under federal law, with the potential to move cannabis out of Schedule 1, currently the most restrictive under federal law."
1) Since weight requirements to make a federal charge also trigger intent to deliver, etc. ...how many releases do you think will actually occur?
2) See #1, insert 'state' for 'federal'. Remember, simple 'possession' charges are a misdemeanor, which do not entail prison time.
3) HHS has turned in their recommendation...has marihuana been rescheduled? No, it hasn't. When will that happen?...not on Joe's watch. He told you that before y'all voted the demented fukker into office.
If by some miracle it actually happens, I'm certainly willing to eat crow...
...but until then, you are nothing more than a fool believing empty promises from a lepord with 50 years of spots that aren't going to change.
"Pipe down" doesn't necessarily mean to shut up but rather to calm down and/or lower your tone. It was appropriate because you were ranting over next to nothing :roflmao:
So...Wow a few details wrong about how the Biden admin is better than his predecessors on weed (fact) doesn't change the fact of my premise....Now analyze this one!
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/pol ... 003183001/
WASHINGTON – The Justice Department sent a shiver of uncertainty through the now-thriving legal marijuana industry Thursday by rescinding Obama administration policies not to interfere with state laws allowing people to use pot for medical and recreational uses.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions characterized the dramatic policy shift as a "return to the rule of law" in a memo outlining the change
Later Thursday, White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said President Trump supported the action. "The president strongly believes that we should enforce federal law," which recognizes marijuana as illegal, Sanders said. However, the comment stands in contrast to what Trump said on the campaign trail: that marijuana legalization was an issue that should be left up to the states.
The move sowed new unpredictability into an industry that has flourished largely because federal prosecutors have maintained this hands-off approach.
I upset a good friend of mine in the US when I called Kamala a cunt. But I stand by it. She's a cunt.
However, let's not forget who the most evil cunt is/was.
She even had her own team of Oompa Loompas to spread her evil shit:
Under Reagan began the whole piss testing culture. Quite the contrary to the Carter years for sure. Clinton carried it all over.
