Do you guys prune your outdoor?
I was out checking it today and there were still a few black spots so I took a bit of neem oil in water and swabbed those areas with a q tip. Should I remove those stubborn areas surgically or is it just esthetic?

I've tried everything outdoors many times; pruning, no pruning. It probably makes some difference, but it hasn't been obvious to me.
