the apple juice i got for jelly was a gallon. smallest in that brand.
was a lot left over in fridge. so i am going to make apple jack.
so i added some sugar to some hot juice to dissolve. then let
it cool and added yeast. then put a balloon on top with rubber band.
the balloon will inflate then deflate then is apple wine. will try it
then i will freezer distill it to bring proof up. then it will be apple jack.
just for the hell of it
