A vote for a marijuana monopoly

versus

An admendment prohibiting monopolys

Once advanced against legal gambling casinos but failed

So what happens if both amendments pass?

The one cancels out the other? No.

The one with the most votes prevails.

Who that loves freedom would vote for a monopoly?

Stew that in your hot crockpot.

I don't know if it's true but I heard that Raygun was the guy that established the prescedent of abandoning crackdowns on monopolies.
