the reasons why different church's used to fast on this day or that have been lost,it's bacon vrs. fish
on a friday and we don't know why,i forgot but i suspect it's about Tau Plaque in the membrane,it's definately the Tau Plaque,and even if you are a lifelong fruitarian who was multiple brain concussion
athlete or skater punk you can benefit from fasting one day a wk.i had been doing well for a while,7 sundays in a row,no food or water for 24 hrs.then i got weak,like a pussy chaser.Sunday is just too many shot nitice possibilities.Havent't gone the full 24 without water for 6 wks. and someone told me thursday evening to fri. evening is the easiest and i said wow ! i see the wisdom in that,and he's right ya need to go full tilt on a wknd. with family and friends and when your invited to a restauarant you don't wanna say i can't cuz i belong to this herb cult and we have tantric sex all day sunday hehe
the waterless fast for 24 hrs. is like doing a juice fast for 6 days, no shit ! you can get with this and have a clear mind or you can get with that and have sludge in the convalescent home.
