i dont like them so hot they burn your ability to taste...

a trick ive learned for getting to TASTE the flavors of skotchbonnets and habeneros is to simmer them for a few minutes in chopped pineapple or some other chuttney,

then serve it as a topping over icecream...

the heat is tempered to a point where the flavor shines over it

Neil at The Hippy Seed Co. in Australia has recently tested the Trinidad Scorpion "Butch T" and the results came in at 1,463,700 SHU's setting a new world record.

Interesting Jack. Thanks … I got my chili seedlings going … still got room for one more hot chili .. I’ll see what the feed ‘n seed has in starters this year

i have seen most of his vids on youtube, he is a crazy bastard isnt he ?? espically when he tried the habanero
