After a long road to recovery Sid has finally grown a pair, and busted a nut full of Awesome Strain pollen.
As soon as I get a Sweet Genetics Mom to flower, we will be making some seeds.

But lets harvest some pollen and store it in a REALLY DRY place until we need it.

I cut the two main colas off of Sid, and placed them in a wet rock wool cube.
Put them by a window, and fashioned a catch plate and vial as close to the NUTZ as I could.
His first ball popped today, so We are off and crossing.

I've read conflicting reports on how long pollen will remain viable, from a few days to six months or longer. A guess cold and dry is the deal and how long it lasts is mostly down to how cold and how dry you can keep it, but any further info would be welcome here if you have it.
