Canada's self-proclaimed "Prince of Pot" was escorted out of B.C. Supreme Court and into jail Monday to await extradition to the U.S., where he is to serve up to five years in prison for shipping marijuana seeds across the border.....

I for one happen to like Emery. Regardless of the reasons/motive behind his actions, he's one of very few people who very defiant and extremely vocal against this senseless prohibition. Bottom line is he's another victim going to prison because of a plant.
