A couple weeks ago, during a mushroom movie night, aboot halfway through the trip a voice in my head said, "Alright, you've done enough...you can go back to smoking whenever you want." And from the other side of my head another voice replied, "Naw, I'm good."
After two and a half years I think I've finally crested...my desire to not smoke is now greater than my desire to smoke. Sounds silly I know, but it felt momentous.

Well I'm doing okay considering just keep getting older, didn't know how good I had it last year.

A workout and you can't drink water yet? Ouch!

Good luck on your journey, I'm curious do you ever just zone out to conserve energy, that is meditate?

i did the workout after i opened my fast, had a few dates and glass of water and then did the workout for 45 minutes, after i showered i had a chicken shwarma

i have more energy when i dont eat in the morning i feel a lot energetic when i only eat once a day in the evening.. so i wasnt tired at all, fasting is better dont need to graze during the day because of boredom and just have that one daily meal in the evening.

I went camping once in the hills of Kentucky even had a waterfall with a small pool. I jumped in..... my big balls balls instantly shriveled up to the size of ball bearings! . Ugggghhhh...
