Putin's aide Nikolai Patrushev warned president-elect Donald Trump that he is "obliged" to fulfill promises he made during his presidential campaign to bring peace to Ukraine.

Patrushev said: "To achieve success in the elections, Donald Trump relied on certain forces to which he has corresponding obligations. And as a responsible person, he will be obliged to fulfill them."

Then went on about the two attempts on Trump's life during the campaign and presidential assassinations. Though he did not use the word assassination.

Patrushev: There is no defeat of the Black Sea Fleet, and Trump needs to take care.
