It's like all these Western media outlets are baiting IRAN To attack, it's like they are almost willing it to happen...
Er, is it the media baiting Iran to attack or Israel itself? I don't think it is the media that has been assassinating Iranian and Hezbollah officials.

Or are you saying the media wants Iran to attack Israel because everyone hates Israel?

LOL! I'm really not sure what the media has to do with any of this – I didn't see any Western journalists attacking Israel on October 7.
Israel uses most of the Western media to convince the Western world to back Israel's cause..

No doubt, a significant portion of the Western media is owned/controlled by Jews – and Murdoch might as well be Jewish, the way he supports Israel – but I wouldn't go so far as to claim the media were baiting Iran any more than Israel itself has been baiting it by its actions.

I'm not on Israel's side here.

Let's face it, the Western media are brilliant. They have orchestrated a war between Iran and Israel which will dry up Iran's support for Russia because it will need all its weapons to defend itself, thus helping Ukraine.

We should settle for nothing less than all-out war between Iran and Israel and sit back and watch them destroy each other. Although, Iran will still come out second-best. Watch and see. I do hope they at last give Israel a bit of a fight, but I doubt it.

I don't know about letting 'em go all out unless you mean the usa keeps supplying Israel with weapons and military support to insure Israel doesn't even come close to losing.

Do you have any doubt if Israel is back up to a wall it won't use its nukes?
That would all depend on how much support Iran has from Russia. Israel doesn't have enough nukes to compete with a nuclear super-power like Russia and even if it did, would it still use nuclear weapons on Iran if there was the risk Russia had (or would) supply Iran with nukes or nuke-building technology?

Looks to me via twitter that the iron dome did a fairly mediocre job when hit with the barrage of “hypersonic missles”

Some reports showed they lost an airbase and some F-35 jets?

Iran missiles target Mossad headquarters, Israeli air base housing F-35 fighter jets, claims Iranian media report

Watching the video of incoming missiles, I saw no eidence of hypersonics.

Indeed, I think the current ability of hypersonic missiles is a bit over-rated – as we've seen in Ukraine.

Doesn't mean Iran doesn't have a proper working version, but how many would they have to spare?

Bibi has stated he's more than willing...if not wanting, to use them on Iran.

And his recent statement, if translated correctly, shows he's nowhere near finished attacking his enemies back...

It certainly sounds like he intends to continue punishing his enemies.....all of them.

His words sent chills down my spine...
...I think it's going to get worse, much much worse. :frown:

Turns out hezzbollah had agreed to a 21 day ceasefire that the US and France brokered. It was assumed this would allow an official ceasefire with Hamas and the end of military hostilities,

But not if Bibi can stop it.

What a fucking piece of shit Biden has turned out to be.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has told Ireland to remove its peacekeepers from an outpost on the border with Lebanon as its invasion of the country continues.
Sources confirmed the request was made to the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (Unifil) and individual countries contributing troops, including Ireland. Israel has been told the troops will remain in place.

There is one Irish outpost on the Lebanese-Israeli border, which is known as the Blue Line. This outpost, designated post 6-52, is manned by a single Irish platoon who are responsible for observing the border and reporting on incursions.
The area was the scene of intense fighting between the IDF and the militant Lebanese group Hizbullah earlier in the week, during which Israel suffered heavy casualties. Some of the fighting took place less than 2km from the Irish outpost.

The warning to remove peacekeepers from the border raises the prospect of Israel launching a full-scale invasion across the extent of the border. Incursions to date have been more limited in scale.
It is understood the Irish Government has informed Israeli officials that Unifil troop movements are a matter for the UN and its force commander on the ground. Unifil has told Israel it will not be removing the troops.
