UKRAINE & EU v RUSSIA part 2

Post by Butcher Bob »

I see that one of the eight F-16s that Ukraine got is destroyed.
Taking with it, their top pilot...who lobbied US for those jets...and who trains the Ukraine pilots.

It's a bit unsettling that you guys still think this is a war of might.

US wants this war to drag on because we sell war, and US thinks it can drain Russia of resources in doing so.
Russia wants this war to drag on because they need time to enact their strategy.

How Jimmy Carter helped Russia win this war...

Seems like a lot of folks think that this is a war of attrition...that US is going to wear Russia down. I don't think that is the case, and that we would be foolhardy to believe so. Remember that little thing called the 'cold war'? US may have won, but Russia learned some lessons.

In January 1980, Jimmy Carter enacted a grain embargo on Russia...because Russia was a huge grain importer, and US was the supplier. This error wasn't reversed until Reagan took office the following year...but it was too late, Russia had learned it's lesson. I mentioned why this was a problem years ago...

That's wut I always thought aboot the wheat embargo. Wut!...don't stop sendin them wheat, send more! If ya stop sendin it, their gonna learn how to sustain themselves...make them more dependent damn it.
viewtopic.php?p=101234&hilit=embargo#p101234

And learn they did...Russia went from being a large importer of grain, to now being a large exporter of grain. They fixed that vulnerability.

Which brings us to the next relevant aspect...BRICS, another thing I've been warning aboot...

viewtopic.php?p=192068#p192068
viewtopic.php?p=192129#p192129
...and how Biden's economic advisor doesn't have a clue aboot the danger it poses...
viewtopic.php?p=191471#p191471

All of the above ^^^ is background for the whole point of this post.
I ran across a couple videos where the guy talking does a very good job explaining how all this ties together, and why it's very bad for US...specifically for $USD...

While US is focused on a physical war, and distracted by a circus election...
...Russia (as well as our other competitors) are laying the groundwork to destroy US economically...
...just like US did to Russia in the cold war.

That's the reason IRAN isn't bombing ISRAEL full force because of the BRICS they don't want to get bogged down with a full out war.

I think there's a massive BRICS meeting coming up in RUSSIA (Kazan in October) lots of new information and over 200 pieces of legislations will be revealed…

Altogether, 97 countries will be attending...

It was obvious Russia went into this war on the cheap. Not only men and materials but a precise percent of gnp to be spent on it.

As it’s dragged on they have retooled all the industries necessary for arms and military equipment manufacture which means they’ve the worlds most cost effective industry producing these things at scale

A FORMIDABLE advancement in not only nation security but also threat against others

The LAST thing the west EVER wanted

BRICS is going to reveal the shortcoming of IMF/World Bank policies that force borrower countries to be subservient...

Looks like US prefers that Venezuela be on Russia's side...

Seized?!...umm, you mean stolen.
Sort of like civil asset forfeiture, but on an international level.

Back to the BRICS...

Although they don't really give specifics, they do discuss the trend that is happening and what the effect will be...

Last time I actually checked, China's highest position in US treasuries was $1.3 trillion, and they had reduced their position to less than $800 billion. And that had been a steady downward trend, so I expect that China has continued to dump US treasuries from their portfolio.

And if that's not bad enough, there's a significant copycat...

If this is true...that the Saudis want to divest their position in US treasuries...then it means they are going to be ramping up non-$USD oil sales, further putting downward pressure on the value of $USD.

Now I'm not sure that Redacted is completely right...

...but he's got the basic gist of it correct.

Biden and his neo-con friends have fuk'd us with this whole Ukraine bullshit.

You mean because of Russian propagander? Yeah, maybe not. Let's not forget, the Putin Puppets have had Russia winning this war for the past 2.5 years or more. And yet, here we are!
