As for the other...

Maybe I'm too Canadian....or maybe it was the mushrooms...
...but I found this next movie to be hysterical.
Easily found myself laughing through at least half of it.

Whoa...AI videos are trippy...

Stumbled across a bunch of AI videos...
...that would be a good watch for anybody tripping.

The first batch are AI envisioned shows/movies...







The second batch are just weird fantastical AI generations.
I swear I've seen some of these scenes in my head while hero dosing.

Didn't matter, because the visual aspect is why I selected the movie.
Well that and because Ron Perlman is in it.

I had trouble deciding...light hearted comedy...or action.
Made potential lists for both, whichever I decided...I went with...

I started with The Fall Guy...eh, was a great movie...just not a great tripping movie.
The next movie though, I picked for the thick of the trip, and it was great!

Sometimes I wonder aboot my choices...

You know, I try to plan a list before taking the mushrooms...
...because if something doesn't go right...
...problem solving can be problematic when tripping.

Okay here's the plan...7 movies picked out...3g to start, and another gram an hour in.
For the first movie I usually select something that's questionable...not all movies are good tripping.
This evening was no different, I picked The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
While it's a great movie, it's just not a tripping movie...but that's why it's the first movie.

It's the second movie that I really try to pick something that should be a good tripping movie.
On this occasion it's Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga...and it looks to be awesome, so I'm stoked.
I pull up the movie and start it...hmm, what's that strange echo?...NOOO! It's a 'cam' version.
I look through four other pirate sites...all 'cam' versions...shit...what to do, what to do?

Then it dawns on me...someone had suggested it to me before...
...and karma was evidently in my favor, because it turned out to be a great choice... ...

For the last movie I just wanted something kind of benign...relaxing.
Now, I'm not really into the romantic comedy genre, but...
...it was on my list, it was colorful, and it had simplistic quirky humor.
Actually a pretty good flick to wind down the trip on...

Winner! Winner!...Chicken Dinner!...

Sometimes the best laid plans can get thrown off track...like last week...

Started out with a list of nine potential candidates...
...including Furiosa, because an HD version became available this week.
One by one I pulled up links and started the movies to make sure they worked.
Once I got to three definites and a maybe, I was ready.

This one has been on my list to review for a long time.
But there wasn't any question as to if it was going to make the cut...
...I've seen this one tripping before...I just hadn't gotten around to posting it yet.
Plus I needed a shorter movie for the ride up.

America!...Fuk Yeah!...

Can't believe I'd never seen this movie before.
Seen clips...heard the song...but never did the whole show.
It fell right in place for the evening...I needed to laugh.

Kind of an indie film...

Figured I could take a chance on it, to run out the clock.
Another movie that's a bit quirky...at times a bit annoying.
BUT, the main character trips on LSD, and the effects they use makes it all worth watching.
