My charges of possession have now been expunged federally and state.

Actually, mine was just state. Federally, the biggest news is the coming rescheduling.

Shit it was late 2008 (holidays) . Got sentenced to 2 years probation possession of marijuana. The arrest was for driving drunk, drug paraphernalia (pot pipe) empty nitrous cartridges under the seat lol. They give ya a dozen charges then ya plead to which ever one they offer. I didn't even have any weed left it was just the pipe. Where I was is a maga stronghold so they hate stoners.

I got what I deserved for driving dui, karma for having done it thousands of times. Still, how they spun it into a weed charge, because I wouldn't tell them where I got the weed (grew it mfers)
