I think he picked his side, but didn't exclaim it.
Aside from the virtuous opening and closing of the monologue, which is hard for anyone not to acknowledge, I sensed he is laying blame on Israel, in that mind bending delivery of propaganda.
He did a precision job of laying out almost every aspect of the Palestinian oppression, and spent a lot of time on segregating the people from the politicians. He did the same for Israel, but in a more broader sense.
He also was selective about the images of victims, did he show any Israelis?
The children were Palestinian, etc. MOst time on Israel was devoted to Netanyahu and the far right.
Coming from a democrat, you can't dismiss that he may be trying to get ahead of the rift that this is causing within the party.
If Biden sticks with Israel, and he will, and this escalates, and it will, it's going to be a challenge for the party that always votes blue, no matter who.

He didn’t even touch the big issue I have……what has happens in the West Bank this year pre October 7th.
