De-dollarization Has Begun...

The Grace commission was the earliest reading I did after finishing "Bankruptcy 1995" by Rawlings or Spaulding or some sports magnate.
So how do the central banks come out of this? It was their failed practices of monetary management that fomented the end of the dollar.
BRICS, if controlled by private banking is the perfect transition of the elite wealth.
