big cull
mabe fired a good half dozen this morning.
i was almost in between it, last word id heard was everybody meeting
id been hauling tiles back into the warehouse from the service van id been assigned minute earlier
so i pause,
and theres mabe 30 of us,
only seen one other meeting
vehicle safety
anyways,
the call the leads aside from the electricials and install labor,
then the give every lead the chance to name his sub
nothing new, our teams know that for weeks.
but then i notice services wernt named,
and my lead service isnt in the guys milled around
THEN i see my service lead over the shoulder of they holding the team meeting and calling for me
i took a few second,
then decided
if the manager holding this meeting doesnt want me to leave he will stop me as i walk right past him,
he didnt,
mabe one of yall could have figured that out a few minutes before i did
but
at least i figured it out in time to not be an ass...

way across town. the drive home was 90 minutes
ya, alot of yall suffer 2hours plus and think nothing of it
the worest part is i gotta take all these pictures and them upload them to my companys app and fill our a report
