Cohen was a Trump Organization employee. He got regular paychecks from the Trump organization, not from Donald Trump’s personal account.
… the point is that he reported the payments to Cohen as legal fees, when they should have been reported as campaign donations.

Yesterday, I heard the court was taking a hiatus, then today, I hear reports that the vote came down to indict.
I was already at the keyboard, so Im bumping it up for Dick. He should be by shortly to gloat.
