Guys I just start growing again and my plants now have really small leaves and small buds. can this be HLV?? What do I do?? pls help

well after looking at your detailed photo's
then your question. my prognosis is grower error...

You didn't post any pictures haha but if you want to test your plants for HLV I've heard that MyFloraDNA or MedicinalGenomics are pretty good
