i take it the clamps were your guides?
Hi Ben!

Yes, but I could still easily exceed the guides control and cut into the area that didn't need to be cut IF I wasn't careful.

I cut the first 2 by hand, guiding them by hand - that was taking way too long, especially since I had to bend down to do it.

I used the second one I cut to locate the cutter at the side of the cut and then placed the second clamp there - the first clamp was already holding the router table insert to the bench.

Then, I plunged in where I knew it was safe to cut into and slipped it nearer to the final cut as it fell into (onto) the clamped area.

IF I were to do it again, I'd make a circle jig for it. Super easy, super accurate, and super quick! I just wanted to get it done.

Always dirty business fixing mistakes! Especially when they're a few steps farther into the process...

Messin' with the other trades could wind up in fisticuffs! :winky:

Speaking of building, and I meant to mention it the other day, when I was shopping that day, I priced out 2x4x12's I need for that one tall East wall. I was going to buy a couple extras to finish up the short wall on the South, cutting them in 1/2.

12 2x4x12's were $163... :noway:

Thanks for the heads-up, Ben!

At these prices I'm not sure how much I'll buy or get built.

I'm going to hold off on buying any for at least a little while in hopes the prices start coming down.

Although, with whose hands are on the levers of the economy currently, this 'may be' cheap in comparison....

New Arrivals...Thank You, Friend!

Post by WhiteHotAfterburner »

I had a most pleasant visit with Oldjoints yesterday!

I departed ladened with gifts :winky:

Thank you so very much, my friend! :smoke:

All the above - unsexed.

I also returned to a porch full of goodies!

While I don't have the netpots for them or the controller bucket yet I need to get to work on them in preparation.

And, another new arrival yesterday also included this...
Cubital Tunnel 0001 04222021.jpg

The above is saving me from what I understand is a pretty ugly surgery. I was diagnosed with Cubital Tunnel several years ago. Surgery was approved. I had no desire to add to my already extensive scar collection. I suggested to the medical team a brace similar to the one above. It (they) have saved me from that surgery.

Thank you again, brother!

Thank you, brother! I am looking forward to what they potentially produce! Here's one for the Girls! :toker1:

Hey, that DJ Short Blueberry is also unsexed, right? I know it was a late inclusion and I don't think it was described at the same time as the others were?

All the very best to you, my friend!

If I were you I would get all the KQ and MD into 3 gallon potters and the DJ into a 1 gallon ASAP.....
Thank you, sir!

I planned to buy some planters last night but I rolled through town just a little bit too late. I'm going to town in a few minutes....

IF that DJ Short Blueberry is female that will make getting a Mother area started even more important! I'd like to have a mother of that Indica dominant strain!

Just the thought of a 12 bucket DJ Short grow sounds amazing! Maybe even some outdoors! *may be a dream* :winky:

Thanks!
