so my first day back at work, the tube was crammed with people coughing and sneezing and only a handful of people wearing face masks absolutely no social distancing, nobody gave a fuck and people were huddled shoulder to shoulder like sardines, the fucking worst day I've had since the lockdown, gonna be like this every day until the mayor of London makes it mandatory for anyone travelling on the tube to be wearing masks, but the mayor is a real fucking procrastinator he doesn't know what to do.. my colleagues at work were all depressed nobody wanted to be back at work including myself.

how about the OMAD diet ( one meal a day) that'll work, i guess you can drink water during the days..

or you can man up like me and do it cold turkey

lumber and steel and drywall and mud go up and up and up

and before you can build a thing
the old has to get hammered up
and dumped into glad bags

for the carry down the stairs

lost 20 pounds in 3 months...

I suspect the constant stretching was as beneficial as clearing the intestinal toxins. Tho Nice thing about weight loss, besides the obvious if you have it to lose,
now you can carry more food in the pack..

still got the wilderness experience pack i bought in 83'

misplaced the top panel/cover 19 years ago but i might be in an old box i packed and shipped to a home ive never seen...
