Joe Biden supports mj decriminalization, not legalization

Post by scottmarsh03 »

This is a step towards the marijuana legalization. I found interesting opinions of cannabis experts https://infuzes.com/en/news/joe-biden-s ... about-this" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. What do you think about this?

I hate that logic:, better then nothing or baby steps or ....
it makes it more complicated then need to be. this is straight forward:
stop making the plant illegal in any sense. make it illegal to sell or make money from it. gifting any amount is ok, but no sells.

Anything else is obfuscation. either full legality or your still supporting the war on drugs and the police luv ya.

As if decriminalization is a gift to be grateful for  Sheesh

Caught plagiarizing.....again.

The folks who favor incrementalism, are the same folks that say Bernie (77) is too old to be mentally fit, yet they rave that Biden (76) and Pelosi (79) are the cat's ass. Those people are morons.

From his time as the mayor of Burlington, Vermont, to his years in the U.S. Senate, Sanders has established himself as a champion of drug policy reform, particularly when it comes to marijuana. NORML gave the senator an “A+” grade based on his legislative track record.

And it didn’t take long for Sanders to incorporate drug reform into his latest presidential bid. In his announcement video, he reiterated that the government “needs to end the destructive war on drugs.”

Sanders has been behind some of the first and most wide-ranging legislative efforts to fundamentally change federal cannabis laws. He was the first major presidential candidate to endorse marijuana legalization during his last bid and, in 2015, filed the first-ever Senate bill to end federal cannabis prohibition.

Quit being another uninformed tool of the drug war. Bernie's all in for legalization.

I don't want to create a new class of substance that cannot be bought and sold. Legalize it, let anyone grow 100 acres and sell it if they want just like anyone can corn or tomatoes. That's fucking legalizing.

I love the view of Joe offered by the Onion but I suspect the Creepy Joe persona is closer to the truth. His son is involved in some serious wrongdoing in Ukraine and Diamond Joe used his position to have a prosecutor removed from the case by threatening to withhold a billion dollars in aid.

Yeah, yer right, once i remembeedr hemp is legally and botanically the same as our sweet plants. And hemp should be exploited as a resource. save a tree sorta thing.

i was thinking of killing the government's lusting for the TAX revenue of medical and rec cannabis.
