Since gifting up to an ounce of cannabis is legal here now.... it would be cool if the shops gave free seeds with grow stuff. ya bought all those lights, ballasts, fans, 'n stuff, be nice to get some seeds to go with it. After all that is what garden centers do here with veggie growing. seeds are cheap (or should be).

If I were to go into the new legit canna-biz, I'd probably go into seed making. The potential profits are far higher per sq. meter than growing flower and for a commercial grower, the risk of getting the borg from cuttings is just too much to consider. There are almost no quality above board seed sources today for the legal commercial grower.

This grow is the epitome of personal grows. I Grow every winter, enough for a year and a couple ounces to give away or stash for bad years.
But under cali prop 65 which stated intention is to legalize these small personal grows.

Yet …

I'm still illegal under state law facing jail time (and federal charges).
The legal Limit is 6 living plants: Yet I need 7-8 flowering females cause of low growing height and using fire hazard safer fluoros; and I veg 20 plants because half or more will be males.

Same as it ever was. It's legal as long as no one knows.

No matter how conservative of a county you live in there is no DA in your state who would take your case...and no jury who would convict.

I think there is a law in some countries where your not allowed to create such beautiful things due to jealous incompetent retards being in charge.

Whatever you do don't try to dry and smoke it should it mature. You may run afoul of your local authorities.

Nice op , I just made some seeds from a White Widow male. Some on a Tangerine Dream Fem, and the other on a Mazar Auto. I havent germed any yet, but I'm interested in discovering if the Auto trait will pass along to the seeds. That male of yours is Alpha for sure.

In some form it will...how much influence it has on expression will be the question.
I did some MTF once that wasn't s'posed to have any auto genes. But by the second round of cloning the plants were flowering in veg, and would not stop. I tried raising N, lowering P, and upping the 'day time' from 18 to 20 hours, to no avail.
