Curiosity would get the best of me....I'd use just the tri-node and see what% of the progeny carry it forward...whether it's more likely in the males or females...etc.

Well Bob, Curiosity sums it up alright. I have decided to use the tri-node one's pollen exclusively.
I notice that being triple branched it gave about the same branches as the two node ones, less nodes but same branch count overall. since this is the stock i'll get my males from no matter what variety/clone I plant outdoors (if any) this summer, i like the idea shorter bushy plants anyway. I wonder if a cross with a real (or near real) sativa would be like? at least shorter?

A boo boo from too aggressive training. I hope it won't significantly affect her, since the branch didn't break, just pinched.
Anyones idea how bad this will be?Nothing to see here, move along
You'll be fine on that branch.....I've had branches hanging from fibers after the crotch snaps.

Interesting observation. I had never considered growth rate variances, but it makes complete sense that vegetative material would be very similar despite the multi-nodes.Intrinsic wrote:I notice that being triple branched it gave about the same branches as the two node ones, less nodes but same branch count overall.

In general, daddy determines structure. So it would stand to reason that the children of a sally bride would be shorter than mom. Of course there's always going to be a % that will be outside the norm.

You see a lot worse outdoors, and yes they usually hardly seem the worse for it.
One for the rook
One for the crow
One to rot

Thanks guys.
More shit:
The young female on the window sill begging for a facial of pollen.
The male on a trap to catch the clouds of pollen sure to ensue.
Not quite full anthesis but real close!

I did short smelly and lots of christmas tree branching for male.
Married his sister UBC Chemo for seeding once.
Got lucky on the genetics. Its my fall back should my "bought" seeds fail.

Just because I can't spell misanthrope doesn't mean I'm completely stupid.
