If the lemons become too plentiful you can do them preserved in oil and spice north African style. Probably not a concern!

Actually I just freeze ‘em whole. I tried the making the lemon juice ice-cubes , a bunch of work. Freeze the lemons whole, only good for the juice and not firm lemon slices, but no fuss no muss.

Preserved in oil n spice, don’t think I’ve heard of that?

i didnt see oil in that recipe dill,

i have only heard of preserving lemons by salting them while packing them tightly into a jar or something

traditionally people all over asia use mustard oil to pickle vegetables and fruits, but these days people are health conscious and leave the 0il out, traditionally though oil then and now is still being used for authentic achaar

well,
my basil never branched out
still the same set of branches it came with

now a foot longer and very woody
but it still cranks out the leaves if i keep the flowers pinched
